Cancellation & refund policy

You can cancel or change your booking up to 4 hours before your appointment. To do this, WhatsApp +91 7200508888 or call 7200508888 and share your booking code (for example MBZ-0042).
If you cancel at least 4 hours before your appointment, we refund your advance in full to the UPI account you paid from, within 5–7 working days.
Cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice are not refunded.
If you don't turn up and don't tell us, your advance is not refunded.
If Aravind eye hospital has to cancel your booking, we will offer you another time or refund your advance in full.

Your booking is confirmed once we have checked your UPI payment. Unpaid bookings may be released after a short time so others can book.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or move you to another time.
Prices shown as "from" are starting prices. The final price may depend on your needs, and we will tell you before we start.
Payments go directly to Aravind eye hospital. Online payments are made by UPI to Aravind eye hospital's own UPI account.
Bookings are managed using mbiz.online, a booking service. Your booking is an agreement between you and Aravind eye hospital.
These terms, and our cancellation policy, apply to every booking made online with Aravind eye hospital.
Online booking is for routine appointments only. In an emergency, please call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

When you book, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address (if you give it) and any note you add.
We use these only to manage your booking: to confirm it, send reminders, contact you about changes and, after your visit, ask for a review.
We do not ask for your medical history online. Please don't put health details in the booking note; you can share them at your appointment.
We don't sell or share your details for marketing. mbiz.online stores your booking on behalf of Aravind eye hospital, and emails are sent through an email provider for us.
